Parking
Our listed building is located right in Meersburg's old town, which is why we are unfortunately unable to offer you our own parking spaces at the building.
The parking spaces we rent are located at the ferry dock (approx. 5 minutes walk). A binding reservation of parking spaces is NOT possible as the number of spaces available to us is limited.
To load and unload your luggage, you can drive directly to our hotel / entrance at Bismarckplatz 5, where we will inform you about parking options within our contingent or, if applicable, municipal parking spaces. For a parking space from our contingent, we currently charge you EUR 15.00 per night. The parking spaces can be used until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Tour buses can drive to the hotel to load and unload. The bus parking lot is located in Meersburg on Allmendweg by the fire station. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the Flair Hotel zum Schiff, but you can also use the local shuttle bus (during the summer season). If we have free capacity, we can also offer you a shuttle service for the bus driver upon request, but we cannot guarantee this in principle.
Public Transport
Bus stops: The nearest bus stops are Meersburg ferry (approx. 5 minutes walk), Meersburg harbor (approx. 5 minutes walk) and Meersburg church (approx. 10 minutes walk, in the upper town)
Flixbus: The Flixbus also stops in Meersburg at the Meersburg church stop (approx. 10 minutes walk, in the upper town)
Car ferry: The ferry port for the Meersburg - Konstanz (Staad) ferry connection is approx. 5 minutes walk from us. Please note that Staad is a district of Konstanz. From Konstanz main station, the ferry can be reached in approx. 25 minutes on line 1.
Lake Constance shipping: Meersburg is very easy to reach with the BSB ships. The boat piers are approx. 5 minutes walk from our house. Please note: the scheduled shipping service only operates in the summer season from the end of March/beginning of April to mid-October!
Excursion boat trip to Mainau Island: Directly in front of our hotel, the MS Fritz from Frey Boating Company travels to Mainau Island and back several times a day during the season. No other stops are made.
Train stations: The nearest train station is Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, but this is only served by regional trains.
The next larger train stations nearby are Überlingen, Friedrichshafen (city) and Konstanz (main station). If you arrive via Konstanz, you can continue your journey to Meersburg with the BSB in the summer months. The BSB harbor in Konstanz is about a 5-minute walk from the train station.
